Details
As Lead Designer for OAM's FY26 InFronts digital experience, I led the user flow and interface design for the event's main landing page and two segmented RSVP registration journeys for in-person and virtual attendees, built on the Splash event platform. From wireframing through visual design, I created a password-gated, conversion-focused registration experience that balanced premium branding with intuitive usability. My work covered information architecture, responsive layout, and interaction design across the homepage, RSVP pages, and FAQ page.
I also redesigned the user flow and visual system for the event's email campaign, which included 23 emails sent to thousands of recipients between February and April. The campaign included invitations, registration confirmations, and reminders, with a focus on responsive email design, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency. I collaborated closely with creative, brand, and marketing stakeholders to deliver a unified web and email UX/UI experience for a high-visibility B2B event.
